Why should I try Kangoo Jumps?
Imagine jumping around on two little trampolines attached to a pair of lightweight buckle boots and you can begin to feel the freedom experienced by Kangoo Jumps enthusiasts!
Kangoo Jumps provide low impact, rebounding fun to both adults and children and can be used on a variety of different surfaces both indoors and outside.
At first sight, Kangoo Jumps can look a bit intimidating. But put them on and you will be surprised at how stable they feel. The bottom of the boots are nearly 4 inches wide with a rubberized tread that provides stability without slipping. Kangoo Jumps work equally well on wooden flooring, carpet, cement, rubberized surfaces, grass, sand, and outdoor trails. Some Kangoo die hards even use them for running in the snow!
Kangoo Jumps provide some serious benefits aside from a lot of fun and laughter. The boots have given renewed hope to athletes with injuries and individuals who have been forced to retreat from exercise due to aching, injured or arthritic joints. The rebound nature of these unique boots has been shown to significantly reduce the impact when jogging or jumping by eliminating the joint stress that accompanies traditional bounding exercises.
Balanced posture, core stabilization, spinal alignment, weight loss, improved body composition, increased circulation and more efficient lymphatic drainage are just a few of the other unique benefits attributed to Kangoo Jumps. The Kangoo website actually lists “33 benefits of rebound exercise” and also includes several scientific case studies and testimonials from Kangoo Jump enthusiasts.
If you are game to try Kangoo Jumps, you won’t regret it! Exercise will never feel quite the same. Your body will start to crave another dose of rebounding! And while you’re having fun, you will likely notice the pounds melting away while your legs, abdominals and back become strong and solid with each and every jump!

They look amazing! I’m curious: if you go jogging with them, is it faster or slower than normal jogging without them?
Normal jogging is just about the same, but with so much more spring, less jarring, and seemingly less effort, though calorie burn and actual intensity is supposed to be quite a bit greater. Youtube has some great videos of people jogging with Kangoo Jumps!
